1. Refunds are eligible for custom car keychains that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or do not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.
2. Refunds may also be issued for orders that are canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not commenced.

1. Customers must notify SmartSign Emporium of any issues with their custom car keychain within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Notification should be sent via email to info@smartsignemporium.com, including a description of the issue and supporting photographs if applicable.

3. Return Process :

1. To initiate the return process, customers must first obtain authorization from SmartSign Emporium by contacting our customer service team at 9999443150.
2. Once authorization is granted, customers will be provided with instructions for returning the product. The keychain must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

4. Inspection and Approval :

1. Upon receiving the returned keychain, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issue and eligibility for a refund.
2. If the keychain is found to be defective, damaged, or not as described, a refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original method of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Items :

1. Please note that custom car keychains that have been personalized with specific names, logos, message or designs chosen by the customer are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

6. Shipping Costs :

1. Shipping costs associated with the return of the keychain are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of SmartSign Emporium.
