Terms & Conditions: Partner with SmartSign Emporium

By entering into a partnership agreement with SmartSign Emporium, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Partnership Agreement :

1. The partnership agreement outlines the terms of our collaboration, including but not limited to product distribution, marketing strategies, and sales targets. Both parties are bound by the terms specified in the agreement.

2. Product Distribution :

1. As a partner, you are authorized to distribute SmartSign Emporium's custom car keychains through your retail channels or online platforms. You agree to abide by the pricing, packaging, and delivery guidelines specified by SmartSign Emporium.

3. Intellectual Property :

1. SmartSign Emporium retains all rights to the intellectual property associated with its custom car keychains, including its trademark, logo, and design. Partners agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute SmartSign Emporium's intellectual property without prior written consent.

4. Quality Control :

1. Partners are responsible for upholding the quality standards set by SmartSign Emporium. This includes ensuring that the products are displayed and handled appropriately to maintain their integrity and appeal to customers.

5. Marketing and Promotion :

1. Partners agree to actively promote SmartSign Emporium's custom car keychains through their marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email newsletters, and in-store promotions. Any marketing materials provided by SmartSign Emporium must be used in accordance with the brand guidelines.

6. Sales Reporting and Payment :

1. Partners are required to provide regular sales reports to SmartSign Emporium as outlined in the partnership agreement. Payment terms, including commissions, discounts, and invoicing procedures, will be specified in the agreement.

7. Termination :

1. Either party may terminate the partnership agreement with written notice if the terms and conditions are violated. Upon termination, both parties agree to fulfill any remaining obligations and return any proprietary materials provided during the partnership.

8. Governing Law :

1. The partnership agreement is governed by the laws and jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts only. Any disputes arising from the partnership will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Arbitration & Concillation Act,1996 of india.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of the partnership agreement between SmartSign Emporium and the partner.
